Return Policy

30 Days To Return

Customers can return items purchased from Bay Bargains for any reason during the 30 day return window.

For in-store pickup orders: The 30-day return window starts at the time of pickup from our location.

For delivery orders: the 30-day return window starts at the time of delivery to your location or when tracking shows your package was delivered.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.
  • Original packaging, tags, and any included accessories must be included
  • No damage, wear, or modifications of any kind
  • For electronics, all original cables, manuals, and components must be include,
  • Items showing any signs of use, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted
  • Custom or special-order items may have different return terms

Initiate Your Return Request

  • Start your return by filling out our online form

Return It In-Store or Ship It Back To Us

  • Schedule an appointment online to return your item in-person
  • Ship the item back to us for free using a pre-paid shipping label we provide. Customer is responsible for packaging the item securely prior to shipping the item. In-store pickup, local delivery and LTL freight orders are excluded from free return shipping.

Local Delivery and LTL Freight Returns

  • After reviewing your return request, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time and a driver will pickup the item from your location. Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on local delivery and LTL freight orders unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described.

How Refunds are Processed

Refund Method and Timing

  • Cash, ACH and Wire Transfer payments are refunded by company check. Checks are processed and sent 7-14 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp are refunded in the same payment method. For credit card and debit card refunds, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
