How do I schedule a pickup with Bay Area Bargains?
You will receive a link to our online appointment system after you submit payment and complete your purchase.
What are your available pickup times?
Customers can schedule a pickup appointment between 10am-7pm, every day of the week depending on availability.
I cant find the email with the link. What should I do?
You can find the link to book an appointment in My Account > Orders. If you still need assistance, please call 510-680-0817 or contact us through our online form.
How long do you hold items for pickup?
Bay Area Bargains holds pickup items for 7 calendar days after you make the purchase. Your pickup window is automatically extended day-for-day for any federal holidays and/or store closures that occur during your pickup window.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged in transit?
Rest assured! We insure every shipment for the full purchase price of the item. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us using our online form and we will make it right.
Courier & LTL Freight
Dreaming of that perfect item, but need help moving it? Bay Area Bargains offers two options for delivering your large item:
- Local truck delivery within 50 miles of Richmond, CA.
- Normal delivery time is 1-5 buiness days.
- Same day delivery available. Please inquire.
- LTL Freight delivery anywhere in the 48 states
- Transit time: 1-12+ days depending on distance and carrier
- Palletization: 1-5 days depending on workload
- Crating: 5-8 days. Additional fees may apply
