- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items
- All items are sold as-is unless otherwise specified
- We make every effort to note significant flaws or damage in our descriptions
Pricing and Availability
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- We reserve the right to limit quantities on any item
- Pricing errors may be corrected at any time
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment Processing
- Payment is required at time of purchase for in-store transactions
- For online orders, payment must be received before items are shipped
- Checks accepted on a limited basis. Customers wanting to pay by check must be pre-approved. Check payments must clear and post to our account prior to the release or shipment of an order.
- Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee
- For wire transfers and ACH, items will be held until funds clear
Shipping and Delivery
Local Pickup
- Items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase unless other arrangements are made
- Photo ID required for pickup
- Items not picked up within agreed timeframe may be subject to storage fees
Shipping
- We ship throughout the United States
- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier
Local Delivery
- Available throughout the greater Richmond area
- Delivery fees may apply
